水下非接触电能传输耦合器优化设计

         

摘要

To enhance the transfer capability of an underwater contactless power transmission (CLPT) system, a structure optimization method is proposed for the excitation coils of an underwater electromagnetic coupler. By analyzing parameters in the mutual inductance model and excitation model of the equivalent circuit of the coupler, decomposing the primary current of the coupler into excitation current and reflected current, and analyzing the effects of different turns of excitation coils on the magnetizing inductance and coil resistance, this paper discusses the contradiction between the inhibitory effect of excitation current and the increase of coil resistance loss when the coil turns change. Experimental results show that through the parameter optimization the transmission efficiency and the voltage stability of theCLPTsystemcanbeimprovedeffectively.%  为提高水下非接触式电能传输系统的传输能力,提出一种水下电磁耦合器励磁线圈结构优化方法。对电磁耦合器等效电路的互感模型和励磁模型进行了参数分析,将耦合器初级电流分解为励磁电流与反射电流,并分析不同励磁线圈匝数对励磁电感以及线圈电阻的影响,从而分析了线圈匝数的抑制励磁电流作用与增加线圈电阻损耗之间的矛盾。实验结果表明,通过参数的优化,可有效提高非接触式电能传输系统的传输效率与电压稳定性。
