Entering into 2018,the orders received by South Korean shipbuilding enterprises increased rapidly.As of the end of February,the order volume of South Korean three major enterprises,Daewoo shipbuilding,Samsung Heavy Industries and Hyundai Heavy Industries,reached 4.05 trillion won,an increase of 16.4%over the same period last year.More than half of the new ship orders were received by South Korean shipbuilding companies,in February South Korea exceeded China to be back to number one in the world in terms of order volume.
