Based on the analysis of the background and motivation of industrial integration, this paper puts forward six theories of industrial division,and points out that the essential essence of the six industrial division is the integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industry,and then analyzes the practice and characteristics of the development of the sixth industry in Japan,as well as the practices and experiences of promoting the integration of the primary, secondary and tertiary industry through science and technology correspondent institution in China. Finally,it puts forward several suggestions for promoting the development of the sixth industry with industrial integration.%本文在分析产业融合的背景和动力的基础上,提出了六次产业划分理论,并指出六次产业划分重要的本质是一二三产的融合;随后分析了日本发展第六产业的实践和特点,以及我国以科技特派员制度促进一二三产融合发展的经验做法;最后提出了以产业融合推进第六产业发展的几点建议.
