在科技创新强国时代背景下,通过合作研发弥补自身资源短缺、创新能力不足并且实现协同效应已成为企业合作的共识,但合作关系不稳定从而导致失败率居高不下也成为企业难以实现协同效应的主要原因.本文基于资源依赖理论视角,通过对三组典型案例样本所做的研究提出,具有隔离机制特征的合作双方能够产生协同效应,隔离机制与协同效应的中间机制是双向资源依赖.%Under the background in the era of science and thechology innovation power,through coopetative R&D for its own shortage of resources and the lack of innovation to achieve synergistic effect has become the consensus of enterprise cooperation,but cooperation instability leading to high failure rate has become the main reason for the enterprise is difficult to achieve synergistic effect. Based on the theory of resource dependence,through the study of three groups of typical samples propound,isolation mechanism characteristics of cooperation between both sides can produce synergistic effect,isolation mechanism and synergistic effect in the middle of the mechanisms is the two-way resources dependence.
