我国养老服务市场化尚处于起步阶段,提升养老机构服务效率是推进养老服务市场化进程的必然要求.本文利用我国31个省份2009-2014年间关于养老服务机构的统计数据,运用DEA方法对我国养老服务机构服务效率进行综合评价,并对效率的动态变化和时空特征进行深入分析.研究发现,在2009-2014年间,我国养老服务机构服务效率提升速度较为缓慢;由于纯技术效率或规模效率偏低等原因,导致我国大多数省份的养老服务机构服务效率偏低,存在不同程度的投入冗余与产出不足现象;养老服务机构服务效率存在区域发展不平衡问题,东部地区明显高于西部地区的服务效率.根据研究结果,提出改进养老服务机构服务效率的对策建议.%The pension services market is still in its beginning stage in our country,so improving the service efficiency of Care in Nursing Homes is the inevitable requirement in the process of advancing the marketization of pension services in China. We selected the statistical data from 2009 to 2014 of Care in Nursing Homes in 31 provinces of China and used DEA method to evaluate the efficiency of Care in Nursing Homes,what's more,analyzing the dynamic change and char-acteristics of time and space on efficiency. Results showed that in most of provinces, the service efficiency of China's pension service institutions is increasing slowly;Duing to the low technical efficiency, the service efficiency of Care in Nursing Homes is low,there are input redundancy and output deficiency phenomenon with various degrees;the service efficiency of Care in Nursing Homes is facing with the problem of imbalance of regional development, the efficiency of service in eastern region is significantly more than the west region. Based on above results,the measures and suggestions on improving efficiency of Care in Nursing Homes were put forward.
