Using the panel data from 2010 to 2014, establishing a three-stage DEA model to empirical research the efficiency of Chinese ecological agriculture listed companies. Estimated results show that: To a certain extent, macroeconomic expansion, capitalization ratio and other environmental variables restricted the company ’ s technical efficiencies. Excluding the impact of environmental factors and random errors, the most of Chinese ecological agriculture quoted companies’ total efficiency show a downward trend, pure technical efficiency has improved significantly, the scale efficiency in overall downward trend, the vast majority of companies have yet to achieve the best economies of scale. Finally from the government subsidies, ownership concentration and equity balance degree, net asset turnover ratio, etc, put forward policy suggestions.%利用2010-2014年的面板数据，建立了三阶段DEA模型，对中国生态农业上市公司的技术效率进行了实证研究。结果表明：宏观经济扩张、权益负债比率等环境变量在一定程度上制约公司技术效率的提升。剔除环境因素和随机误差的影响后，大部分生态农业上市公司的综合技术效率呈下降趋势，纯技术效率有明显提升，规模效率呈总体下降趋势，绝大多数公司仍未实现最佳规模收益。文章最后从政府补助、股权集中度、股权制衡度、净资产周转率等方面提出政策建议。
