“一带一路”作为一个高层次、全方位的宏大战略，描绘出了在新的国际国内形势下我国从区域性大国走向世界大国的战略路线图。我国要实现和平崛起，就必须不断提升我国在全球治理格局、地缘政治格局、国际分工格局、全球贸易格局、国际金融格局和能源资源控制格局中的地位。本研究在总结我国面临的六大维度全球格局的基础上，辨析了以提升我国在六大维度全球格局中的位势为导向的“一带一路”战略目标，总结了当前我国“一带一路”建设存在的制约因素、风险和问题，提出了基于目标导向的、近中期差别化建设“一带一路”六大经济走廊的策略。%As a high-level, comprehensive grand strategy,“One Belt and One Road” strategy depicts a strategic roadmap for China from a regional power to a world power under the new international and domestic situations. To achieve the goal of peaceful rise, China must raise the statuses in the current global governance pattern, the geopolitical pattern, the pattern of international division of labor, the global trade pattern, the international financial pattern and the energy and resource control pattern. This study summarizes the six dimensions of the global pattern China is faced with, analyzes the strategic objectives of“One Belt and One Road” in order to raise the statuses in these six dimensions of the global pattern. It also summarizes the external and internal constraints, risks and problems and gives some policy proposals to select key partner countries and areas of cooperation to design differential strategies for six economic corridors.
