基于人力资源视角的我国高校基层管理人员培训研究的必要性

         

摘要

The necessity of the research on the university front-line administrative staff training is studied based on the theory of human resources training.First,according to the definition of basic concepts and the limitation of the hypothesis,the research boundary of the university front-line administrative staff is defined.Second,according to factors such as the macro-environment of universities,the characteristics of organizational management and the individual needs of the front-line administrative staff,this paper analyzes the competency and quality requirements forthe university front-line administrative staff in order to carry out this training research.Third,the necessity of carrying out the research on the training for the university front-line administrative staff is elaborated.%运用人力资源培训理论对高校基层管理人员培训进行研究的必要性进行较为深入的研究.一是,从基本概念的界定和前提假设的限定入手限定高校基层管理人员的研究边界;二是,从高校的宏观环境、组织管理的特征、基层管理人员个体需求等方面的因素出发,分析高校基层管理人员的能力素质要求;三是,阐释开展高校基层管理人员培训研究的必要性.
