随着肌肉衰减症的研究步入"共识时代",不同国际共识之间由于首推的3维度指标以及临界阈值的不同,给研究者选择"金标准"造成了一定的困扰,加之各维度下客观指标检测耗时费力,阻滞了肌肉衰减症的快速临床诊断,而SARC-F量表的出现一定程度上为解除阻滞提供了新方法.从SARC-F量表研制的初衷入手,先后介绍了其具体内容、评分标准以及相关应用实证研究的进展与质疑,并简要概括了该量表的优势与局限性.总体看来,SARC-F量表虽然呈现出"判非优于判是"的特点,但确实可以作为一种快速简易诊断老年人肌肉衰减症的有效手段,建议今后将改良版SARC-F量表纳入临床快速老化评估.%As we all know, the study of sarcopenia entered the era of consensus. However, choosing a gold standard from established consensuses had been one difficult task for researchers, because of the recommendation of preferred index under three dimensions and the diversity of cutoff values. Not only that, rapid and simple clinical screening for sarcopenia got harder due to the time consuming and high cost for detecting, while the SARC-F scale provided a new solution for the dilemma. This study introduced the details of original intention, contents, score criterion, research progress, doubts, advantages and limitations of SARC-F scale. Overvall, SARC-F scale inclined to diagnosis "without sarcopenia" rather than "with sarcopenia", but it is really a rapid, simple and valid screening tool for sarcopenia, therefore, we suggested that enhancing SARC-F scale should be included in Rapid Geriatric Assessment (RGA) in clinical detection.
