近代中国女子体育的兴起始终与女性解放运动紧密相连，且受社会语境的影响。清末民初，女子体育价值观始终围绕强国保种的主题，主要表现为反缠足与推动女子学校体育课程。其后，随着西学的传播，女性意识逐渐崛起，女子体育的价值观从“保种”逐渐过渡到追求女性自身的发展。%The rise of women’s sports in modern China has always been closely linked to the women’s liberation movement and the impact of social environment .The late Qing Dynasty , the values of women’s sports has been focus on the conversation ,mainly for the anti foot bind-ing and promoting women’s school sports programs .Later ,with the spread of western culture and the rise of feminist consciousness ,women’ s sports values has changed form “conserva-tion” to “fit” .
