By using the method of literature review and questionnaire ,etc ,this paper analyzes the stratification reason about potential elite athlete nurturing in Jiangsu province .It draws a conclusion that most potential elite athlete lie lower social class .The vocation autonomy ,social income and social upward mobility are main reason of stratification .To reinforce communication and train their interest early ,choose future generation of lower social class ,encourage grassro-ots coach and reward potential elite athlete ,etc will increase the number of them .%采用文献资料研究和问卷调查等方法，对江苏省高水平体育后备人才阶层分化的原因进行分析，认为江苏省高水平体育后备人才主要分布在较低社会阶层，职业自主权、社会经济性和上流途径是导致其阶层分化的重要因素。提出了重视交流互动，尽早激发少年儿童的运动兴趣，着重挑选和培养体制外较低社会阶层成员的后代，给予基层教练更多的激励政策和优秀少儿运动员一定的经济支持等增加高水平体育后备人才储备的对策。
