By using the method of self-question answer inquiry, this articleanalyses different stage age characters and total developing trend of the psychological constitution of motor memory strategy. The result shows that motor memory strategy develops with the growth of age. The stage from high school to college is a key one. There is significant difference between male and female student, the male student is superior to female student.%本文通过前期研究，采用经信、效度检验的自拟问卷量表，以不同学段学生为研究对象，对运动记忆策略心理构成因子在学段、性别上的特征及总体发展趋势进行了探索性研究。结果发现：运动记忆策略总体上是随年龄增长而呈逐步发展的趋势，其中，高中至大学阶段为发展关键期；男、女生在运动记忆策略上存在显著性差异，且男生的发展水平高于女生。
