在超声振动摩擦磨损实验仪上考察了超声振动对GCr15/45钢摩擦副油润滑下的减摩抗磨性能影响,初步探讨了在超声振动下摩擦磨损机制.结果表明,超声振动作用下45钢表面的质点会产生振动,减小了摩擦副间的正压力,破坏了表面油膜的形成影响摩擦副间的减摩抗磨性能.在所选试验载荷范围内,超声振动均可以不同程度的改善摩擦副的减摩抗磨性能,其中载荷为40 N时,超声振动对摩擦副的减摩抗磨性能改善最显著,摩擦因数和磨损体积比没有超声振动时分别降低了10%和49%.超声振动没有改变GCr15/45钢摩擦副的磨损机制,但可以减轻磨粒磨损程度.%The effect of ultrasonic vibration on friction and wear properties of GCrl5/45 steel frictional pairs under oil lubrication was studied by ultrasonic vibration friction and wear tester . And the mechanism of friction and wear of samples under ultrasonic vibration was discussed. The experiment results showed that, the ultrasonic vibration could influence the friction reduction and anti-wear properties of frictional pairs due to it could reduce the stress between friction pairs and destroy the oil film on the surface of samples. The ultrasonic vibration could obviously improve the antifriction and wear resistance behavior of GCrl5/45 friction pairs when the load was 40 N, and the friction coefficient and wear volume 10% and 49% lower than it attained without ultrasonic vibration. Though the friction and wear mechanism of friction pairs was still abrasive wearing under ultrasonic vibration, the degree of abrasive wearing was abated by ultrasonic vibration.
