EVA共混改性UHMWPE纤维的表面性能

         

摘要

Ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) was used as a blending modifier to dissolve in the spinning solution of ul-trahigh-relative molecular mass polyethylene (UHMWPE) to prepare blending modified UHMWPE gel fiber which was exposed to the extraction, drying and heat drawing to prepare UHMWPE fiber. The structure and properties of UHMWPE fibers were studied before and after modification. The results showed that the interfacial shear strength of the fiber with resin matrix were improved as the polar groups were introduced into the surface of UHMWPE fiber after blending modification. Meanwhile, the surface soaking ability of the fiber was improved, but the mechanical properties were depressed; the melting point and the crystallinity were decreased, and the recrystallization temperature and the crystal size were increased.%以乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)作为共混改性剂,将其溶解在超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纺丝溶液中,制得共混改性UHMWPE冻胶纤维;对改性UHMWPE冻胶纤维进行萃取,干燥和热拉伸制得改性UHMWPE纤维;研究了改性前后纤维的结构与性能.结果表明:共混改性后UHMWPE纤维表面引入了极性基团,纤维与树脂基体的界面剪切强度得到提高,纤维表面浸润性能提高,但纤维的力学性能下降,纤维的熔点和结晶度降低,纤维重结晶温度上升,晶粒尺寸变大.
