聚酯熔体输送工艺权重分析

         

摘要

通过聚酯熔体输送的相关模型,在已知输送管道等设备结构参数的情况下,计算模拟了初始熔体特性粘数([η]0)、熔体温度(T0)、熔体流量(G)及热媒温度(Tsb)对熔体特性粘数降(△[η])、温升(△T)及停留时间(t)的影响,并进行权重分析.结果表明:拟合得到了△[η]、△T和t的权重分析式,[η]o对△[η]及△T的影响权重最大,而t只受G的影响;较低的[η]0,T0及Tsb有利于降低△[η];较高的[η]o、较低的T0及调高Tsb有利于提高△T.%The effects of initial melt intrinsic viscosity ( [η]0 ) , melt temperature ( T0 ) , melt flow ( G ) and heating medium temperature ( Tsb ) on the melt intrinsic viscosity drop ( △[η] ), temperature rise (△T) and residence time ( t ) were calculated and simulated through a corresponding melt transportation model based on the given equipment structure parameters. The weight analysis was also conducted. The results showed that the weight analytic equations bearing upon △[η] , △T and t were obtained through fitting. [η]0 had the most significant weight effect on A [ η] and △T when t was only affected by G . Relatively low [η]0 , T0 and Tsb was good to decrease △[η] , and relatively high [η]0 and low To and Tsb rationally increased was helpful for the increase of △T.
