分析了飞机蒙皮拉伸成形零件的工艺特点及现有模具的制造技术,提出以空心玻璃微珠填充环氧树脂作胎体材料替代传统环氧胶砂胎体材料来制作模具的方法,并进行了模具的设计、工艺分析和制造.空心玻璃微珠填充环氧树脂的胎体材料使模具质量减轻40%左右,同时模具力学性能较好,损坏后易修复,为飞机蒙皮拉伸成形零件的制造提供了尺寸可靠、经久耐用的成型胎体,对保障飞机蒙皮零件的质量以及生产周期具有重要意义.%This paper describes the process characteristics of stretch forming parts of aircraft and manufac-turing technology of mould. A new fabrication method for mould is proposed with epoxy resin filled with hollow glass microspheres as the matrix to replace conventional quartzite/epoxy resin. The design for mould as well as techno-logical process and manufacturing are discussed. The mould made from the matrix of epoxy resin filled with hollow glass microspheres loses weight by 40%,moreover,the excellent mechanical properties and easily repair of the mould help to supply matrix for stretch forming parts of aircraft that meet the requirements of size and maintenance. The mould plays an important role in ensuring quality and operation period of aircraft stretch-forming parts.
