高温双检测器凝胶渗透色谱法表征聚乙烯

         

摘要

采用示差折光指数检测器-光散射检测器双检测器凝胶色谱系统,用窄分布的聚乙烯为标样确定仪器的检测器常数而建立的高温双检测器凝胶色谱法,在测得聚乙烯凝胶色谱淋洗分布情况的同时测得聚乙烯的绝对重均分子量及均方半径.该方法不需要Mark-Houwink常数κ,α值,可直接测定聚乙烯的绝对重均分子量,结果相对标准偏差为3.6%,测定结果的重复性较好;该方法解决了传统凝胶渗透色谱法测定高聚物重均分子量时需要校正曲线和试样的Mark-Houwink常数κ,α值的难题.%Gel permeation chromatography(GPC)double-detectors of refractive index/light scattering (RI/LS)were used to obtain the gel chromatography elution distribution of polyethylene(PE)as well as its absolute weight-average molecular weight and mean square radius. The high temperature double-detector GPC method used in this process is established on the basis of the parameters of detectors that are determined with PE in narrow distribution as guide sample. This method can be used to determine the absolute weight-average molecular weight of PE directly without Mark-Houwink constants ofκ andα, and the repeatable results of the method has relative standard deviation of3.6%. This method has successfully resolved the difficulties in determining the weight-average molecular weight of polymers when the calibration curve and the parametersκandα are required in traditional GPC method.
