首先对热固性粉末涂料进行分类，按照主要成膜物质的不同可以分为环氧树脂、聚酯树脂、聚氨酯、丙烯酸树脂、氟树脂、混合型树脂及紫外光固化粉末涂料，详细介绍了这些热固性粉末涂料优异的性能以及存在的不足，并简要阐述了对于这些问题相关学者对此的研究；然后粗略总结了粉末涂料的制备方法和影响粉末涂料特性的因素；最后对热固性粉末涂料的发展前景进行了展望。%The thermosetting powder coating falls into several categories due to different main film forming materials, which include epoxy resin, polyester resin, polyurethane, acrylic resin, fluorine resin, mixed resin and the uv-curable powder coating. The performance and defects of the powders are introduced in detail, and the researches of the scholars on these issues are described in brief; the preparation and the factors contributing to the properties of the coating are concluded; the perspectives of thermosetting powder coating are offered at the end of this paper.
