The peaks of thermoplastic elastomer styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer(SIS) in hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR)spectrum were assigned. The characterization of SIS in aromatic region,olefinic region and aliphatic region was analyzed. On this basis the analytical method for accurate determination of non-block styrene unit, block styrene unit,total styrene unit, isoprene 1,4 unit and isoprene 3,4 unit in SIS was established with 1H-NMR. And the approximate contents of cis-1,4 and trans-1,4 of isoprene unit could be determined by 1H-NMR.%对热塑性弹性体苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SIS)核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)不同区域的谱峰进行了归属,分析了芳烃区域、烯烃区域和烷烃区域相应的结构特征。在此基础上建立了利用1H-NMR准确地测定SIS中非嵌段苯乙烯、嵌段苯乙烯、总苯乙烯、异戊二烯-1,4结构和异戊二烯-3,4结构含量的分析方法,同时可以利用1H-NMR粗略地测定SIS中异戊二烯顺式-1,4结构和反式-1,4结构的含量。
