混炼工艺对Si69原位改性白炭黑填充天然橡胶性能的影响

         

摘要

研究了不同混炼时间下,采用密炼机及烘箱保温处理工艺对硅烷偶联剂Si 69原位改性白炭黑填充天然橡胶(NR)性能的影响.结果表明,延长硅烷化反应时间,NR混炼胶的门尼黏度增大,填料的分散性能提高,硫化速率加快.相同反应时间下,采用密炼机保温试样的硫化速率高于采用烘箱保温的试样.延长硅烷化反应时间,NR硫化胶的定伸应力提高,扯断伸长率及撕裂强度略有下降.采用密炼机保温5 min的试样压缩生热最少,滚动阻力最低.%The effects of heat treatment processes in internal mixer and oven with different mixing time on the properties of natural rubber(NR) filled with silica in-situ modified by silane coupling agent Si 69 were investigated.The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of NR compounds increased,dispersion of the filler was improved and curing rate accelerated with increasing silylation reaction time.The curing rates of samples treated by internal mixer were faster than samples treated by oven.At the same reaction time the modulus of NR vulcanizates increased,elongation at break and tear strength decreased slightly with the increase of silylation reaction time.NR vulcanizates had the lowest compression heat build up and rolling resistance when they were treated in internal mixer for 5 min.
