可瓷化硅橡胶复合材料的制备与性能

         

摘要

Ceramifying silicone rubber composites were prepared by the addition of glass frit and wollastonite in silicone rubber using blending method.And the properties of the ablated composites were investigated.The results showed that the ceramifying materials were obtained when the composites were ablated at 600-1 000 ℃,and the composites got the best ceramifying effect when the amount of glass frit and wollastonite were both of 50 phr.The eutectic reaction occurred between the wollastonite and glass frit when ablated,and the hydroxylapatite crystal phase appeared.The water adsorption,porosity,volume density and bending strength of the composites were up to 4.8%,8.2%,1.71 g/cm3 and 26.6 MPa respectively.With the increase amount of glass frit,the tensile strength,Shore A hardness,volume resistivity and surface resistivity of the composites decreased,while the elongation at break increased.%通过共混法向硅橡胶中加入玻璃粉与硅灰石,制备了可瓷化硅橡胶复合材料,并对烧蚀后的复合材料的性能进行了研究.结果表明,复合材料在600~1 000℃烧蚀均可形成瓷化材料,当玻璃粉和硅灰石的用量均为50份时,复合材料的成瓷效果较佳.在烧蚀过程中硅灰石与玻璃粉发生低共熔反应,形成了羟基磷灰石的晶相结构.复合材料的吸水率、孔隙率、体积密度和抗弯强度分别可达4.8%,8.2%,1.71 g/cm3,26.6 MPa.随着玻璃粉用量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度降低,扯断伸长率升高,邵尔A硬度减小,体积电阻率与表面电阻率降低.
