八乙烯基笼型倍半硅氧烷的合成及其对硅橡胶性能的影响

         

摘要

通过乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷在酸催化下的水解缩合合成了八乙烯基笼型倍半硅氧烷( OVPOSS),并将其与白炭黑( SiO2)、聚二甲基硅氧烷( PDMS)进行溶液共混,制得OVPOSS/SiO2/PDMS复合材料,表征了OVPOSS及其在PDMS中的分散状况,研究了PDMS复合材料的拉伸性能和热稳定性。结果表明,制得的 OVPOSS 带有8个乙烯基,且其8个硅原子处于单一化学环境的稳定结构;OVPOSS在PDMS中分散良好,没有发生团聚现象;OVPOSS的加入提高了PDMS复合材料的拉伸应力、扯断伸长率、拉伸模量和热稳定性。%Octavinyl polyhedral oligomeric sils-esquioxane( OVPOSS) was synthesized by hydrolytic condensation of vinyltriethyoxylsilane using acid as catalyst, and OVPOSS/silica ( SiO2 )/polydimethyl-siloxane( PDMS) composites was prepared by solu-tion blending. The OVPOSS and its dispersion in PDMS matrix were characterized, and the tensile properties and thermal stability of PDMS composites were studied. The results showed that the prepared OVPOSS possessed 8 vinyl groups and the 8 Si atoms in the molecule were in a stable state of single che-mical environment. OVPOSS dispersed well in PDMS matirx and had no aggregation, it improved tensile strength, elongation at break, tensile modu-lus and thermal stability of PDMS.
