General Administration of Customs released the imports and exports in the foreign trade from January to August this year on September 10th. According to the statistics from China Customs, China's imports and exports saw a total value of 2497.62 billion USD, growing 6.2% over the same period of last year. Among them, exports increased 7.1% year on year to 1309.11 billion USD; imports rose 5.1% year on year to 1188.51 billion USD; trade surplus reached 120.6 billion USD with a rising of 31.8% year on year.
