‘Jixiang No.1’ belongs to early-maturing winter squash (C.maxima Duch),female parent A3-13-5,male parent A4-7-1 were all inbred lines that segregated from Japan winter squash variety. First fruit set is 5-6 nodes lower,harvest time is 15-17 days earlier,soluble solid is 8% higher,sugar content is 5.1% higher than those of ‘huanglang’;Jixiang No.1 is vining,vigorous,its fruit is disc-shaped,dark green with light green stripe skin,orange flesh,sweet,soft and floury of taste. Its yield is 22.5~30t*hm-2 grown in open field and 105t*hm-2 under protection. It has been extended to Beijing,Hebei,Shanxi,Inner-mongolia,Guangdong etc..%吉祥1号南瓜是由从2个日本引进材料的分离后代中选出的两个自交系A3-13-5和A4-7-1配制而成的早熟印度南瓜一代杂种,与黄狼南瓜比较,第1雌花节位低5~6节,成熟期早15~17 d(天),干物质含量高8%,总糖含量高5.1%;长蔓类型,生长势较强,瓜扁圆形,瓜皮深绿色带有浅绿条纹,瓜肉桔黄色,肉质细密,粉质重,口感甜面,露地栽培每667m2产量1500~2000kg,保护地长季节栽培每667m2产量7000kg左右,已在北京、河北、山西、内蒙古、广东等地推广种植。
