organic heat carrier boiler is a kind of special boiler with organic heat carrier heating medium, has the characteristics of low, high temperature, organic heat carrierleakage, easy combustion, once the welding joint of medium leakage in boiler operation, will cause a fire, explosion and other accidents. In this paper, an accident of the organicheat carrier leakage caused by the structure of welding andwelding quality inspection items are briefly analyzed.%有机热载体锅炉是一种以有机热载体为加热介质的特种锅炉，具有低压、高温工作的特性，有机热载体易渗漏、易燃烧，一旦锅炉的焊接接头在运行时出现介质泄露，将引起火灾、爆炸等事故。本文主要对一起有机热载体的泄漏事故而引发对焊接接头的结构型式的选用和焊接质量检验项目的内容进行简要分析。
