Under the control of the Institute, there is one rock-soil works prospecting branch, four comprehensive design departments,one municipal works design department,one budget and estimation department,one design examination center, and five subordinate companies. There are about230 employees in the Institute, among them, 79 senior engineers including 11 Ph.
