MCM5和STK15在甲状腺乳头状癌的表达及其意义

         

摘要

Objective To explore the expression of minichromosome maintenance protein 5 (MCM5) and serine/threonine kinase 15 (STK15) protein and its effect on papillary thyroid carcinoma. Methods SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of MCMS and STK15 in 45 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma, 12 cases paired adjacent normal tissue and 32 cases of thyroid adenoma. Results The positive expression rates of MCM5 and STK15 in 45 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma were 100. 0% , and the high expressions of MCM5 and STK15 were 84.4% and 60%. In thyroid adenoma MCMS and STK15 were low expressed, and the expression rates were 31. 3% and 18. 8%. MCM5 and STK15 hardly expressed in adjacent normal tissues. The expression of MCM5 was positively correlated with the expression of STK15 in papillary thyroid carcinoma (r =0. 577, P <0.01). Conclusion High expression of MCM5 and STK15 is confirmed in papillary thyroid carcinoma. The combined detection of MCM5 and STK15 can provide valuable evidence for diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma and evaluation of the malignant potential of thyroid adenoma.%目的 探讨甲状腺乳头状癌组织中微小染色体维持蛋白5(MCM5)和丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶15(STK15)的表达及其作用.方法 采用免疫组织化学法检测45例甲状腺乳头状癌组织及其相应的部分癌旁组织和32例甲状腺腺瘤组织中MCM5和STK15蛋白的表达.结果 45例甲状腺乳头状癌组织中MCM5和STK15蛋白的阳性表达率均为100.0%,其中MCM5高表达率占84.4%,STK15高表达率占60.0%.MCM5和STK15在甲状腺腺瘤组织中几乎均为低表达,表达率分别为31.3%和18.8%.在甲状腺乳头状癌癌旁组织中,MCM5和STK15几乎不表达.在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中,MCM5与STK15的表达具有相关性(r =0.577,P<0.01).结论 MCM5和STK15蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中均为高表达,两者联合检测可提高甲状腺乳头状癌的诊断率,对发现具有恶性潜能的甲状腺腺瘤有重要意义.
