Objective:To investigate the use of contrast agents in a reasonable and accurate manner in pulmonary artery CTA. Methods:100 patients with pulmonary artery CTA were selected,we scanned the same region using different doses of contrast agent, through the analysis,we reached the minimum dose of contrast agent to achieve clinical diagnostic criteria.Results:We reached the minimum dose of contrast agent to achieve clinical diagnostic criteria in pulmonary artery CTA.Conclusion:Reasonable and accurate use of contrast agents in pulmonary artery CTA can reduce the risk of contrast agent on the human body.%目的：探讨在肺动脉CTA扫描时合理、精准地使用造影剂。方法：收治肺动脉CTA扫描患者100例，对同一区域在不同造影剂剂量下扫描，通过分析得出能达到临床诊断标准的最少造影剂剂量。结果：得出在肺动脉CTA扫描时图像符合临床诊断标准的最少造影剂剂量。结论：肺动脉CTA扫描时合理、精准地使用造影剂能减少造影剂对人体的危害。
