目的：探讨高频彩色多普勒超声诊断小腿肌间静脉扩张及血栓形成的效果及应用价值。方法：收治腓肠肌及比目鱼肌肌间静脉扩张患者82例下肢静脉128支，均给予高频彩色多普勒超声诊断，检查并观测最宽内径、是否存在血栓或形成血栓倾向。结果：经检查，证实肌间静脉血栓发生率10.97%，肌间静脉血栓静脉内径平均(0.64±0.23) cm，扩张肌间静脉内存在血栓形成或倾向8例(9.82%)。结论：小腿肌间静脉扩张及血栓形成检查中，高频彩色多普勒超声诊断价值高，可作为辅助诊断肺栓塞的常规手段。%Objective:To investigate the effect and application value of high frequency color doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of calf muscular venous dilatation and thrombosis.Methods:128 branches of lower limb vein in 82 patients with venous dilatation of the gastrocnemius muscle and the muscle of the flounder were selected.All patients were diagnosed by high frequency color doppler ultrasound.We checked and observed the widest diameter,whether there was thrombosis or thrombosis tendency.Results:After examination,it was confirmed that the incidence of muscular venous thrombosis was 10.97%;the average vein diameter of the formation of the muscular venous thrombosis was(0.64 ± 0.23)cm;there were 8 cases of thrombosis or tendency in the dilated intramuscular vein(9.82%).Conclusion:High frequency color doppler ultrasonography has high diagnostic value in the diagnosis of calf muscular venous dilatation and thrombosis,which can be used as a routine method for the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism.
