目的：观察开颅手术中保留骨桥与不保留骨桥的临床效果。方法：2012年6月-2014年1月收治颅内血肿患者50例，随机分为试验组和对照组，各25例，两组病例均接受手术治疗，试验组病例保留骨桥，对照组病例不保留骨桥，对比疗效。结果：对照组手术时间(76.2±11.4)min，短于试验组(106.3±20.3)min，比较两组颅内血肿病例的疗效及远期预后，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：开颅手术保留骨桥与不保留骨桥效果相当，均具有临床应用价值。%Objective:To explore the curative effect of craniotomy operation with or without bone bridge.Methods:50 patients with intracranial hematoma were selected from June 2012 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 25 cases in each group.Two groups were given the operation treatment.The experimental group retained bone bridge.The control group did not preserve bone bridge.We compared the efficacy.Results:Operation time in the control group was (76.2±11.4) min,which was short than (106.3±20.3) min in the experimental group.Compared the prognosis and long-term therapeutic effects of the two groups,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of craniotomy operation with or without bone bridge is same,and all have the value of clinical application.
