临床路径带教模式在产房实习护生带教中的应用

         

摘要

目的:探讨分析临床路径带教模式在产房实习护生带教中的应用效果。方法:2013年1-12月在本产房实习护生36名,上半年实习护生定为对照组,下半年护生定为观察组,对照组和观察组各18名。对照组护生采取传统的带教模式,观察组护生采取临床路径带教模式,两组护生实习结束之后,对比分析护生的考核结果及护生和带教护士的满意度情况。结果:观察组实习护生和带教护士的满意度分别为94%和100%,对照组实习护生和带教护士的满意度分别为77%和60%,观察组护生和带教护士的满意度明显优于对照组,对两组护生和带教护士满意度进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对产房实习护生采取临床路径带教模式优于传统带教模式,值得在产房实习生中推广。%Objective:To investigate the application dffect of clinical pathway teaching mode in the nursing students practice in delivery room teaching.Methods:We retrospective analyzed 36 nursing students in the delivery room from January to December 2013,the nursing students in the first half of the year as the control group,the nursing students in the second half of the year as the observation group,and both of the control group and observation group had 18 cases in each.The control group were given the traditional teaching mode,while the observation group were given the clinical pathway teaching model.At the end of the practice, we compared and analyzed the examination results of the nursing students and the satisfaction of nursing students and teaching nurses.Results:The satisfaction of the nursing students and teaching nurses of the observation group was 94% and 100%respectively.The satisfaction of the nursing students and teaching nurses of the control group was 77% and 60% respectively.The satisfaction of nursing students and teaching nurses of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The delivery room nursing students taking the clinical pathway teaching mode is superior to the traditional teaching pattern,so it is worth promoting in the delivery room intern.
