Dieulafoy disease is a rare disease of upper gastrointestinal bleeding disorder.It is rare occurred at the junction of esophagus and cardia.The endoscopic manifestations,treatment and prognosis of 8 cases with Dieulafoy disease which occurred at esophageal and gastric junction were summarized and the characteristics of the disease were discussed.%Dieulafoy病是一种少见的上消化道出血性疾病，发生在食管贲门交界处的此病罕见。本文对8例食管贲门交界处Dieulafoy病的诊断、内镜下表现、治疗及预后进行总结，并对此病的特点进行讨论。
