二级中医医院护士长选拔培训与考核方法的探讨

         

摘要

This paper works on the methods and results of the electing,training and evaluation for head nurses in second-class traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.The conditions of electing head nurses are adjusted.Training courses on Chinese traditional medicinal knowledge and nursing skills are designed for head nurses.Trainings on management,first aid,teaching and researching abilities for head nurses have been planned.Evaluation programs and detailed rules for head nurses are developed,and have been applied to quarterly reviews.This approach has improved the comprehensive abilities of head nurses,optimized the management team of nurses with traditional Chinese medicine speciality,advanced high-quality nursing services in all aspects,and deepened the nursing services for traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.It provides references for the election,training and evaluation of head nurses in second-class traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.%探讨二级中医医院护士长选拔培训与考核的方法及成效。对护士长选拔条件进行改革;制订护士长中医理论知识和技术操作培训课程;制订护士长管理、急救、教学和科研能力的培训计划;建立护士长工作考核方案和细则,并进行季度考核。该方法提高了护士长综合能力,优化了中医特色的护理管理队伍,推进了医院全面优质护理服务,促进了中医护理的不断深化,为二级中医医院护士长选拔培训与考核提供依据。
