目的：探析和研究口腔根管治疗牙髓炎根尖周病的实际临床效果，借以研究治疗牙髓炎根尖周病的比较合适的根管治疗方法。方法：根据随机抽样的原则和标准，随机选取2014年1月15日-2015年1月15日来笔者所在医院口腔科就诊的80例牙髓炎根尖周病患者作为本次临床研究分析对象。利用口腔根管的治疗方式诊治80例牙髓炎根尖周病患者，选取其中的40例牙髓炎根尖周病患者作为比较组，选用一次性根管充填治疗方法对其进行治疗，剩余的40例牙髓根尖周病患者作为探析组，利用分次根管治疗方法进行治疗。最后比较两组的治疗结果。结果：比较组患者的口腔根管治疗质量高于探析组患者，比较组患者的总有效率为100%，而探析组患者的总有效率仅为85.0%(P<0.05)。比较组患者的口腔恢复时间为(10.25±2.50)d，口腔炎症消退时间为(12.50±3.50)d，探析组分别为(15.50±4.50)d和(18.50±2.50)d，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。一次性根管治疗疗效优于分次根管治疗，且在治疗牙髓根尖周病方面功效比较明显。结论：口腔根管治疗牙髓根尖周病的临床治疗效果比较好，在现实的临床诊治中必须紧密结合患者的实际情况选用合适的口腔根管治疗方法。%Objective:To analysis and research the actual clinical effect of the dental root canal therapy of dental pulp periapical disease,in order to research the suitable method in treatment of dental pulp periapical disease.Method:According to the principles and criteria of random sampling, 80 cases of patients with dental pulp periapical disease in the department of stomatology of our hospital from January 15,2014 to January 15,2015 were randomly selected as the analysis objects.80 cases of patients with dental pulp periapical disease were treated with dental root canal therapy,40 cases of patients with dental pulp periapical disease were selected as the compare group,who treated with the choice of a one-time root canal therapy,their remaining 40 cases of patients with the use of endodontic root canal treatment graded methods of treatment were selected as the study group.Finally,the treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Result:The quality of the dental root canal therapy of the compare group was higher than that of the study group, the total effective rate of the compare group was 100%, and the study group was only 85.0%.The dental recovery time of the compare group was (10.25±2.50) days,the dental inflammation subsidise time was (12.50±3.50) days;The dental recovery time of the study group was (15.50±4.50) days,the dental inflammation subsidise time was (18.50±2.50) days.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The curative effect of the disposable root canal treatment was better than the fractional root canal treatment,and the effect of the dental pulp periapical disease was more noticeable. Conclusion:The treatment effect of dental root canal therapy of the dental pulp periapical disease is good,in reality, the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients must be closely combined with the actual situation of the appropriate choice of oral root canal treatment.
