目的:探索和分析牙周炎患者种植二期手术实施后患者牙龈的整个恢复情况,统计患者的愈合恢复时间,从而为后期临床研究奠定良好的实践基础.方法:根据随机抽样的原则和标准,随机选取2011年5月-2015年5月来笔者所在医院牙科部门就诊进行治疗的牙周炎患者60例视为此次临床实践分析的重点关注对象.60例牙周炎患者均采用种植二期手术进行治疗,相关工作人员详细记录患者在种植二期术后整体牙龈的恢复状况和种植牙齿周边的整体牙龈情况,统计和分析患者种植时牙龈的种类、牙龈上的菌斑情况、牙龈的出血情况以及牙龈的固定情况等.详细测量出种植二期术后第7天所有患者的牙龈高度数值与牙龈出血率,然后视其为后续工作的检验标准,依次将14、21、28 d的检测数值与第7天的检测数值进行比对分析,借以探究牙龈愈合的实际情况.结果:4次不同检测时间,牙周炎患者种植二期术后牙龈愈合的情况大有不同.牙龈出血率分别是40.0%、20.0%、8.3%、3.3%.牙龈高度变化平均值为(-0.090±0.002)mm、(0±0.002)mm、(-0.450±0.002)mm、(-0.400±0.002)mm.结论:牙周炎患者种植二期术后的牙龈愈合时间大致为4周,牙周炎患者的牙龈恢复时间基本一致,牙龈的发展趋势也大致相同.由此可见,牙周炎患者通过种植手术之后能够较好的实现牙龈恢复目标,已经逐渐摆脱了安装义齿的局限性,这种种植方式能够很好地提高牙周炎患者的治疗质量.%Objective:To explore and analyze the overall recovery of the patients after the treatment of periodontitis patients with two stages of operation, and the recovery time of the patients, so as to lay a good foundation for clinical research.Method:According to the principle and standard of random sampling,60 patients with periodontitis in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2015 were randomly selected for treatment as the clinical practice analysis of the focus of attention. 60 patients with periodontitis were treated by two stage operation,the recovery of the overall gum after two stages of cultivation and the overall gingival condition of the implant of the patients were recorded in detail by the relevant staff.The patients with the type of gum when planted, the plaque on the gums, the bleeding of the gums as well as the fixation of the gums were calculated and analysed.First,the gingival height values and the gingival bleeding rate of all the patients were measured at seventh days after two stage of operation,as the standard for the subsequent work,the detection value of 14,21,28 days and the detection value of seventh days were compared and analysed,in order to explore the actual situation of gingival healing.Result:4 times of different detection time,the situation of gingival healing in patients with periodontitis after two stage of operation was different.The gingival bleeding rate were respectively 40.0%,20.0%,8.3% and 20.0%,the average of gingival height change were(-0.090±0.002)mm,(0±0.002)mm,(-0.450±0.002)mm,(-0.400±0.002)mm.Conclusion:The gingival healing time of patients with periodontitis after two stage of operation was about 4 weeks,the recovery time of the gum in patients with periodontitis is almost the same. It can be seen that the gingival restoration goal can be achieved by the patients with periodontitis, and it has gradually got rid of the limitation of the installation denture,this method can improve the quality of treatment of patients with periodontitis.
