目的：探讨骨科专科护士在提高骨科护理质量及康复的意义。方法：成立骨科专科护理小组，负责制定骨科护理指引和培训骨科护理人员，并进行全院骨科患者的查房及骨科护理质量管理，并与实施前对比。结果：骨科专科护士岗位设置后骨科护理人员能力高于设置前(P<0.05)，不良事件发生率显著低于设置前(P<0.05)，护理质量显著高于设置前(P<0.05)，康复质量显著高于设置前(P<0.05)。结论：骨科专科护士在提高骨科专科临床护理与康复方面具有积极意义，并有益于提高骨科患者自我康复护理能力。%Objective:To explore the significance of department of orthopedics specialized nurse in improving the nursing quality and rehabilitation in department of orthopedics.Method:To establish the department of orthopedics nursing team in charge of the nursing personnels guidance and training in the department,and made the rounds and the department of orthopedics nursing quality management,the results of after implement were compared with before. Result:The ability of nursing staff in the department of orthopedics specialized nurse post setting was higher than that of before(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than that of before(P<0.05),the quality of care was significantly higher than that of before(P<0.05),the quality of rehabilitation was significantly higher than that of before(P<0.05).Conclusion:The department of orthopedics specialized nurse has the positive significance in clinical nursing and rehabilitation nursing,can help the patients to improve their self-rehabilitation ability.
