[目的]了解体外受精胚胎移植(IVF ET)的女性病人睡眠质量及其相关影响因素。[方法]生殖中心行IVF ET的女性病人126例,用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表评估睡眠质量。从中心数据库获取病人人口学特征、生育情况及 IVF ET治疗情况,用Zung 氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估病人焦虑及抑郁得分。[结果]126例病人中49例PSQI大于8。PSQI大于8组病人年龄较大,患病时间较长,居住农村的比例较高,家庭年收入大于30万的比例较小。PSQI 小于8组和 PSQI 大于8组病人 SAS评分大于50分的比例分别为33.77%和81.63%,SDS评分大于42分的比例分别为22.27%和51.02%,两组差异有统计学意义。[结论]行 IVF ET 周期的女性病人易合并睡眠质量不良。焦虑、抑郁情绪,年龄偏大,不孕时间长,来自农村,家庭经济状况差是病人睡眠质量不良的重要因素。%Obj ective:To know about the sleep quality of IVF ET female patients and its related influencing factors.Methods:A total of 1 2 6 IVF ET female patients in reproductive center in our hospital were selected. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI)scale was used to evaluate their sleep quality.Demographic characteristic,fertility circumstance and IVF ET treatment were obtained from the data base of our centre.Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS)and Self-Rating Depression (SDS)were used to as-sess anxiety and depression in patients.Results:In 1 2 6 cases of patients, PSQI in 49cases (39.89%)was higher than 8,and patients in the group had older age and longer duration of disease,accounted for a higher propor-tion living in rural areas and small proportion in more than 300,000 annual household income.have more rural patients and more patients with family annual income less than ￥300000.The ratio of patients with SAS score higher than 50 was respectively 33.77% and 81.63% in PSQI≤8 group and PSQI>8 group.The ratio of patients with SDS score higher than 42 was respectively 22.27% and 51.02% in PSQI≤8 group and PSQI>8 group.And there was statistically significant difference between both groups.Conclusion:IVF ET female patients complicated with poor sleep quality easily.Anxiety,depression,aged,longer infertiliry history,rural pa-tients and poor family financial situation are the important factors of poor sleep quality.
