[目的]了解省级三级甲等医院肿瘤科护士心理健康、社会支持及工作压力状况及三者之间关系。[方法]采用横断面调查方法，对87名肿瘤科护士应用一般资料问卷、症状自评量表(SCL 90)、护士工作压力源量表及社会支持量表进行调查。[结果]本组护士采用 SCL 90总体阳性检出率为69.0%，心理健康水平较差；肿瘤科护士工作压力处于中等水平，压力源中排在前五位的是护理工作的社会地位太低、继续深造的机会太少、工资及其他福利待遇低、晋升的机会太少、工作量太大；护士的 SCL 90与其社会支持总分呈负相关，与工作压力呈正相关。[结论]肿瘤科护士心理健康水平较低，管理者要关注其工作压力和社会支持水平，减轻其工作压力，并提供和鼓励其建立自身的社会支持系统，进而提高其心理健康水平。%Obj ective:To know about the status of mental health,social support and j ob stress in oncology nurses working in three grade A hos-pitals and correlation among them.Methods:A cross sectional survey was used for investigation of 87 oncology nurses with General Informa-tion Questionnaire,Symptom Checklist (SCL 90 ),a nurse working pressure Scale and Social Support Scale.Results:The total positive de-tection rate of SCL 90 in the group of nurses was 69.0%,with a poor mental health.The oncology nurses’job stress level was medium,and the top five in j ob stressors included low social status of nursing work, too few opportunities to pursue further studies,low wages and other benefits,too little chance of promotion,and too big workload.The score of SCL 90 had a negative correlation with social support and had a pos-itive correlation with j ob stress in oncology nurses.Conclusion:The on-cology nurses’mental health level was low,and the managers need to focus on their j ob stress and social support level,reduce the pressure of work,and to establish their social support system,then to improve their mental health level.
