Acupuncture is a commonly used method for the treatment of obesity in clinical practice because of its outstanding curative effect.As a "preventive treatment of disease" method based on acupuncture,preventive acupuncture has definite curative effect on the prevention of diseases.At present,there are few studies concerning the effect and mechanism of preventive acupuncture for the prevention and treatment of obesity.We investigated the mechanism of preventive acupuncture in the prevention and treatment of obesity based on its mechanism of action and its correlation with PPARγ,hoping to provide ideas and methods for the future research in this area.%针灸治疗肥胖症由于疗效突出在临床上被广泛运用."逆针灸"作为针灸中的"未病先防",对疾病的预防有一定的作用.目前逆针灸防治肥胖症的疗效以及作用机制方面的研究较少,本文从逆针灸的作用机制以及其与转录因子过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)的关系着手,探讨逆针灸防治肥胖症的机制,以期为今后此方面的研究提供思路与方法.
