Drug use is one of the main causes of interstitial lung disease.S-1 can cause severe drug-induced interstitial lung disease (DILD),which presents as fever and dyspnea.The condition can be improved by withdrawing the associated drug,mechanical ventilation,and hormone therapy.The first step in controlling DILD is to discontinue the use of the causative drug,and some patients may require hormone therapy.In this article,we report a case of S-1-induced severe DILD and review the relevant literature to improve our understanding of S-1-induced DILD.%药物是导致间质性肺疾病的一个重要原因.替吉奥(S-1)可导致重症药物性间质性肺疾病(DILD),以发热、呼吸困难为临床表现,经停止用药、呼吸机辅助通气、激素治疗后病情好转.治疗DILD首先要停用相关药物,部分患者需加用激素治疗.本文报道了1例S-1导致重症DILD患者的诊断和治疗经过,并复习相关文献,以提高临床医生对该病的认识.
