基于对2003—2014年100多篇关于咽喉痛文献的检索,NICE最新发布了咽喉痛(急性)抗菌药物处方指南.该指南汇聚了欧洲微生物和感染领域专家的经验,依据可利用的证据,为咽喉痛的抗菌药物选用和自我保健药物处方给出了建议.在目前我国缺乏咽喉痛处方指南的前提下,对于耳鼻咽喉科医生及全科医生在临床治疗急性咽喉痛中开具规范处方提供了很好的借鉴.%Based on the available evidence provided by more than one hundred studies about the management of acute sore throat published from 2003 to 2014 and experiences of microbiology specialists and infectious disease specialists from Europe,NICE released the latest guideline on antimicrobial prescribing for acute sore throat,offering recommendations for the choice of antibiotic and self-care,which is of great significance for antimicrobial prescribing for acute sore throat among China's ENT doctors and general practitioners under the conditions of lack of a guidance for prescribing for this disease.
