Metastatic rib tumor is one of local clinical features of patients showed systemic symptom clusters with advanced cancer. Chest wall phlebangioma is a benign soft tissue tumor,lack of specific clinical manifestations and susceptible to misdiagnosis. The two tumors have distinctive differences in diagnosis,treatment and prognosis. It is important to pay attention to the patient′s first visit. In this article,we reported one case of patient with chest wall phlebangioma misdiagnosed as metastases rib with 3 times. We summarized and analyzed the similarities and differences between ribs metastases and chest wall phlebangioma in order to help clinicians make more accurate differential diagnosis.%肋骨转移瘤为晚期肿瘤患者出现的全身症状群的局部表现之一，而胸壁静脉瘤是一种软组织良性肿瘤，缺乏特异性临床表现，易误诊；二者的治疗方案及预后存在较大差异，因此临床首诊时应注意鉴别。本文报道了1例3次就诊均误诊为肋骨转移瘤的胸壁静脉瘤患者，总结并分析了肋骨转移瘤和胸壁静脉瘤的诊断异同点，以帮助临床医生做出更准确的鉴别诊断。
