Objective To explore the sleep intervention's influence on the blood pressure control in community elderly patients with resistant hypertension. Methods From March 2011 to May 2013,108 elderly patients with refractory hypertension visiting the Huangcunxili community health service stations affiliated with Daxing District People' s Hospital were selected. According to patients'gender,age and the Pittsburgh sleep qudity index( PSQI)score and by the hierarchical block randomization principle,they were divided into two groups,53 cases in intervention group and 55 cases in control group. Control group was given 3 kinds of oral antihypertensive drugs:Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide tablets,Amlodipine Besylate tablets and Metoprolo,combined with normal community hypertension management;besides the same routine treatment in control group, the intervention group was added positive sleep intervention. The treatment in both groups was lasted for 3 months and before and after treatment PSQI score and blood pressure were recorded. Results The differences in PSQI score,systolic and diastolic blood pressure and pulse pressure were not significant between the two groups before treatment(P﹥0. 05);after treatment,they were all significant(P﹤0. 05)except pulse pressure(P﹥0. 05). Conclusion Sleep intervention therapy is good to blood pressure control to some extent for community elderly patients with resistant hypertension.%目的：探讨睡眠干预对社区老年难治性高血压患者血压控制的影响。方法选取2011年3月—2013年5月到大兴区人民医院所属黄村西里社区卫生服务站就诊的老年难治性高血压患者108例，根据患者的性别、年龄及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（ PSQI）评分结果，采用分层区组随机化原则，将研究对象分为对照组55例和睡眠干预组53例。对照组采用规范的社区高血压管理，同时口服厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片、苯磺酸氨氯地平片及倍他乐克片；睡眠干预组在对照组的治疗基础上积极进行睡眠干预治疗。两组均治疗3个月，分别记录两组治疗前后的PSQI评分和血压情况。结果治疗前，两组患者的PSQI评分、收缩压、舒张压及脉压比较，差异无统计学意义（ P﹥0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的PSQI评分、收缩压及舒张压比较，差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的脉压比较，差异无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）。结论对社区老年难治性高血压患者进行睡眠干预，在一定程度上有利于其血压控制。
