重组人白介素11对放射性口腔黏膜反应的疗效研究

摘要

目的:探讨重组人白介素11( rIL-11)对肿瘤放疗引起的放射性口腔黏膜反应的治疗作用。方法选取2009年1月—2011年12月于南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院诊治的头颈部肿瘤放疗患者56例为研究对象。按照出现放射性口腔黏膜反应采取的治疗措施分为试验组(26例)和对照组(30例)。对照组出现1级及以上放射性口腔黏膜反应后,在淡盐水漱口后使用普庆合剂含漱,试验组出现1级及以上放射性口腔黏膜反应后,予rIL-11雾化吸入,至放疗结束次日为止。记录放疗过程中最严重时的口腔黏膜反应分级,以放疗结束1周后口腔黏膜反应分级与其最严重时口腔黏膜反应分级的比较评价治疗效果。结果两组性别、年龄、吸烟史和肿瘤类型比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组放射性口腔黏膜反应严重程度比较,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.489,P<0.05)。两组口腔黏膜反应治疗效果比较,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.573,P<0.05)。结论 rIL-11可阻止放疗引起的口腔黏膜反应进一步加重,治疗效果优于普庆合剂。%Objective To evaluate the efficacy of recombinant interleukin-11 ( rIL-11 )on oral mucosa reaction induced by tumor radiotherapy. Methods We selected 56 patients with head and neck neoplasm who received radiotherapy in the Department of Rradiation Ooncology of Huai' an First Hospital from January 2009 to December 2011. According to the treatment methods,the subjects were divided into two groups:trial group(n=26)and control group(n=30). In the control group,when one-grade oral mucosa reaction occurred,the subjects were given the mixture of gentamycin sulfate,procaine hydrochloride and vitamin B12 for gargling after gargling with light salt brine. In the trial group,the subjects were given rIL-11aerosol inhalation until the next day after radiotherapy finished. The highest oral mucosa reaction grading was recorded. The efficacy was compared between the two groups by the oral mucosa reaction grading one week after radiotherapy and the highest oral mucosa reaction grading. Results The two groups were not significantly different(P>0. 05)in gender,age,smoking history and tumor type. The two groups were significantly different(Z=2. 489,P<0. 05)in the severity degree of oral mucosa reaction induced by radiotherapy. The two groups were significantly different(Z =2. 573,P <0. 05)in the treatment effect of oral mucosa reaction. Conclusion The rIL-11 can effectively prevent the oral mucosa reaction from further exacerbation,better in efficacy than the mixture of gentamycin sulfate,procaine hydrochloride and vitamin B12 .
