急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ ARDS）患者病死率高达27％～42％，是临床危重患者死亡的主要原因之一，早期诊断及有效治疗是降低病死率的重要措施。超声检查对ARDS患者肺脏病变的诊断具有较高的灵敏度，且具有无放射性、实时性、易于床边操作等优势。本文介绍了超声检查在ARDS诊疗中的应用原理、特殊影像学特征以及其对ARDS的诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗的价值，表明超声检查在ARDS患者的临床诊疗中扮演着愈来愈重要的角色，超声检查和其他诊断方法结合进行综合评估，也将使其在ARDS患者中的应用前景更加广阔。%The fatality rate of patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome ( ARDS) is 27%-42%, ARDS is one of the key reasons for death of severe patients, early diagnosis and effective treatment are important measures for reducing fatality rate.Ultrasonography has a relative high sensitivity for lung lesions among ARDS patients, and is a high sensitive, non -radioactive, realtime method, and can be operated easily beside the bed.The application principle of ultrasonography in diagnosis and treatment of ARDS, specific imaging features, the values of ultrasonography in diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of ARDS are reviewed in the paper, the result indicates that ultrasonography is playing an increasingly important role in diagnosis and treatment of ARDS, ultrasonography combined with other diagnostic methods can be used to perform comprehensive evaluation, thus ultrasonography has a wide application prospect among ARDS patients.
