目的：探讨生物陶瓷材料iRoot SP糊剂在根管填充中的效果。方法选取2013年5月—2014年5月河北医科大学第二医院于门诊就诊的牙髓炎、根尖周炎患者153例，共计153颗患牙，将患牙根据完全随机设计分为A、B、 C组，每组51颗。 A组用iRoot SP糊剂作为根管填充糊剂和牙胶尖进行根管填充， B组用Vitapex糊剂作为根管填充糊剂和牙胶尖进行根管填充，C组用氧化锌丁香油糊剂作为根管填充糊剂和牙胶尖进行根管填充。比较3组根管填充后1d、7d、3个月后的疗效。结果3组根管填充后1d、7d疗效比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）； A、 B组根管填充后1 d、7 dⅡ级发生率均低于C组（P＜0.017）。3组根管填充后3个月疗效比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 iRoot SP糊剂在根管填充中的短期疗效优于氧化锌丁香油糊剂，与Vitapex糊剂相似，提示iRoot SP糊剂是一种良好有效的根管封闭剂，在根管填充中发挥了良好作用，不良反应发生率低，值得在临床治疗中推广。%Objective To investigate the efficacy of biological ceramic material iRoot SP in root canal filling.Methods The study enrolled 153 patients with pulpitis or periapical periodontitis who received treatment in the outpatient department in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from May 2013 to May 2014.A total of 153 teeth were included in the study, andthey were divided into group A, group B and group C, with 51 teeth in each group.In group A, iRoot SP was used as the rootcanal filling paste and gutta percha point.In group B, Vitapex was used as the root canal filling paste and gutta percha point.Ingroup C, zinc oxide eugenol was used as the root canal filling paste and gutta percha point.Comparison of the efficacy of 1 d, 7 dand 3 months after root canal filling in the 3 groups.Results The three groups were significantly different in the 1 d and 7 defficacy (P <0.05) .Group A and group B were lower than group C in 1 d and 7 d incidence of level Ⅱ symptoms (P <0.017).The three groups were not significantly different in efficacy within 3 months after root canal filling (P >0.05). Conclusion In root canal filling, iRoot SP has better short -term efficacy than zinc oxide eugenol and has similar efficacy withVitapex.The study recommend iRoot SP as an effective root canal sealing agent, since it plays a well role in root canal filling andhas low incidence of adverse reaction.It is worth promotion in clinical treatment.
