特发性肺纤维化（ IPF）患者常发生肺动脉高压、肺气肿等多种并发症，上述并发症影响IPF疾病进程及预后。对IPF并发症进行及时诊治可改善临床症状并最终延缓疾病进展及改善患者长期预后，因此需重视IPF相关并发症的诊治新进展。本文对IPF相关并发症的流行病学、发病机制、诊疗等方面进行了总结，并提出相关思考，为完善IPF的诊疗提供依据。%IPF patients are always complicated with pulmonary hypertension,emphysema,and other complications. Above complications have influenced on the progress and prognosis of IPF, and the timely diagnosis and treatment of these complications could alleviate clinical symptoms,slow down IPF progress and improve the long-term prognosis. Therefore,the diagnosis and treatment of relevant complications of IPF should be attached importance. The paper made a summary of the epidemiology,pathogenesis,treatment and diagnosis of IPF complications,and made relevant analysis,in order to provide references for improving the diagnosis and treatment of IPF.
