本文梳理了古巴全科医生制度建立和发展的背景、历史沿革、培养与考核、执业与服务以及激励约束机制，总结古巴全科医生制度的特点，以期为我国全科医生制度建立和完善提供一定的借鉴。根据古巴全科医生制度形成的经验，我国应重视全科医生的培养，在“社区医疗模式”和“综合诊所”的基础上建立全科医生团队执业模式，同时提高全科医生合理薪酬，建立科学的绩效考核制度。%This paper reviewed the background, history, cultivation, examination, practice, service and the incentive and restraint mechanism of Cuban GP system and reviewed the features of the system, in order to provide references for the establishment and construction of the GP system in China. According to the experience of GP system in Cuba, China should attach importance to the cultivation of general practitioners, establish the general practitioner team practice mode on the basis of" community medical model" and " comprehensive clinic", at the same time improve the reasonable remuneration of general practitioners and establish scientific performance appraisal system.
