Objective To investigate the distribution of literatures about the correlation between stroke and apolipoprotein genes included by SCI from 2003 to 2014 and make a scientific evaluation of the development status of research in this field and predict its future trend. Methods The method of bibliometrics was used. The data source were SCI and SCI -Expanded. Descriptive statistical analysis was undertaken to analyze the literature about the correlation between stroke and apolipoprotein genes. Results A total of 182 articles were included in our research. Since 2009,the number of published scientific articles started to decline. The English journal,Stroke,published the most number of papers about correlation between stroke and apolipoprotein genes,and Neurology holds the highest influencing factor;America has the largest number of published papers in this field and the largest influence. The literature type was mainly case - control study,and the subjects were mainly patients with 3 kinds of stroke,including SAH,IS/ CI and ICH,with 7 kinds of related apolipoproteins involved. And 83. 5%(152)of the literatures showed positive outcome. Conclusion Inconsistency exists in the results of researches concerning the correlation between apolipoprotein genes and stroke,which indicates that there may be genetic heterogeneity. Therefore,more empirical researches are needed. The correlation between ApoE gene and its polymorphism and stroke is a hotspot at present,and the exogenous implantation of simulated ApoE peptide is expected to become an effective measure of stroke prevention and treatment.%目的：了解2003—2014年被 SCI 收录的脑卒中与载脂蛋白基因相关性研究的文献分布情况，科学评价当前该领域研究发展现状，并预测未来研究趋势。方法运用文献计量学的方法，以 Web of ScienceTM核心合集数据中科学引文索引（SCI）及其扩展版（SCI - Expanded）为资料来源，描述性统计分析脑卒中与载脂蛋白基因相关性研究的文献。结果共纳入182篇相关文献。自2009年以来发文量呈现下降趋势；脑卒中与载脂蛋白基因相关性研究发文量最多的期刊是 Stroke 杂志，Neurology 杂志影响因子最高；美国作者在该领域发文量最多，论文影响力最大。文献类型以病例-对照研究为主，研究对象主要包括蛛网膜下腔出血（ SAH）、缺血性脑卒中/脑梗死（ IS/ CI）和脑出血（ICH）3种脑卒中亚型，涉及7类相关载脂蛋白，83.5％（152篇）的文献显示阳性结局。结论载脂蛋白基因与脑卒中的相关性研究结果不一致，可能存在基因遗传异质性，今后还需要更多的实证研究。载脂蛋白 E（ApoE）基因及其多态性与脑卒中的相关性为当前研究热点，植入外源性 ApoE 模拟肽有望成为未来脑卒中防治的有效措施。
