Chronic adrenal cortex hypofunction,which lacks specificity in the early symptoms,has low prevalence, and clinical doctors lack awareness of it in diagnosis,which may lead to misdiagnosis,missed diagnosed and mistreatment. Untimely diagnosis,treatment and corticosteroid treatment usually cause repeated attack and even endanger life. The article made a retrospective summary of the diagnosis and treatment of 10 cases of chronic adrenal cortex hypofunction and studied the diagnosis and treatment of the disease from the perspectives of the diagnostic value of hyponatremia,the differentiation of being primary and secondary,the harm of firstly making diagnosis of hypothyroidism and proper attitude toward the measuring of hormone level,in order to improve general doctors' understanding about the disease.%慢性肾上腺皮质功能减退症早期症状缺乏特异性，且发病率较低，临床医生诊断意识欠缺，易发生误诊、漏诊和误治。患者如不及时诊断并给予糖皮质激素治疗，症状通常反复发作，甚至危及生命。本文通过回顾性总结10例肾上腺皮质功能减退症患者的诊治经过，并结合相关文献，从重视低钠血症的诊断价值、原发性和继发性的鉴别、先诊断甲状腺功能减低的危害及正确对待激素水平测定等角度探讨该病的诊治思路，以提高全科医生对该病的认识。
